Ok, that's great that you have some of my favourites there. However, all these calorie counts are per 100g and not by per portion... I just know when I go back to Hong Kong to see my family they're going to try to stuff my face again like they always do (it really is a battle every time) - short of bringing a calculator and a set of scales with me to the restaurant, can you give an idea on how many calories per serving size is, so I can mentally work out how many of each item I can have, and if I need to have a half portion on some items if I want more variety?

Oh thank you thank you! I eat dim sum once a month with my book club and I never know how to plan the rest of my day's diet in order to compensate for the amount of grease I've ingested! Seriously, I like dim sum, but it's not worth getting sick (or fat!) for.

So now I can plan which items to eat, and how much. This is so helpful!
