Manchester, anyone?

With the internet, my children are now getting more informed and knowledgeable than me. They told me of their interest to visit the Museum of Science and Industry in Mancheter which has the history, science and industry of Manchester. They asked me if I know it is the world’s first industrial city. Well, I didn’t know that.

I am not a fan of contemparary art and will not pretend to say I do. But my friend, Lynette is one who cannot stop talking about all the wonderful places she visited during her trip to England. She rambled on and on about the good times she had visiting the museums and art galleries. I am shy to say that the only part of Manchester I know is Manchester United, the football team. Other than that, I read that they have a lot of historial buildings made into Edinburgh Hotels.
